For help with recording, AI feedback, practice progress or subscriptions, email support@tingnova.com. Include your app version, iPhone model and iOS version. Please do not send private documents, passwords or full payment details.

Recording does not start

Open iPhone Settings, find Dutch Speaking Exam Coach and allow Microphone access. Return to the app and try a short answer again.

AI feedback is unavailable

Check your internet connection and retry. Your local practice remains available; an online connection may be required for transcription and AI feedback.

Restore a subscription

Use Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at Apple Subscriptions.

Billing and refunds

Apple handles App Store billing. For a refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Dutch Speaking Exam Coach is not affiliated with DUO, Inburgeren.nl or Staatsexamens Nt2. It contains original practice material and does not guarantee an exam result.
